After payment, we get in touch via WhatsApp to define your site's structure. Then, we add the necessary sections to your dashboard, where you can fill in information and upload images. When everything is complete, we build your site and send it for approval.

Yes! During the review phase, you can request changes within the free revision limits included in your plan. After exceeding that limit, changes are charged separately. All requests are made through tickets on your dashboard.

Of course! You can upload your images directly on the dashboard. We also provide access to thousands of free professional images through our Unsplash integration.

If you cancel monthly hosting, your site reverts to the free plan (with Webfy subdomain and branding bar). We keep a backup for 30 days, allowing you to reactivate the service without losing data.

Yes, on Pro and Premium plans we provide the site files upon request. You can then host it wherever you prefer. Note that in this case you lose access to our support and updates.
