No. The process is simple and intuitive. After creating your account (free, no card), you chat with our AI assistant — or book a call with the Team if you prefer. We define the structure together, then you receive the free Demo. You only fill in business details on dashboard sections after approving and paying.

Yes! We use AI as a support tool to speed up development and deliver your website faster. But every project is always reviewed and guaranteed by human professionals — designers and developers who ensure quality and alignment with your expectations.

The Starter plan (€197) includes 1 page with up to 6 sections — ideal for a simple, immediate presence. The Pro plan (€497) offers up to 5-6 pages with integrated blog, multi-language, simple booking, Google Reviews, 1 year maintenance and priority support. For complex projects (e-commerce, systems, apps) we offer a Custom quote.

Basic hosting is free — your site goes live on a Webfy subdomain (name.sites.webfy.pt) with a small 'Built by Webfy' bar at the top. If you want your own domain and to remove the bar, you can upgrade for €19.90/month. The first month of upgrade is free.

Yes! During the review phase, you can request changes within the free revision limits included in your plan. After exceeding that limit, changes are charged separately. All requests are made through tickets on your dashboard.

If you cancel monthly hosting, your site reverts to the free plan (with Webfy subdomain and branding bar). We keep a backup for 30 days, allowing you to reactivate the service without losing data.

Yes — we provide the site files upon request from your dashboard. You can then host it wherever you prefer. Note that in this case you lose access to our support and updates.
